About the Star Knot design
Every band in this star is drawn as a hollow channel, two black lines running side by side with white between them, like a flat ribbon folded into shape. The ribbons pass over and under one another, and the crossings crowd together near the base. A wide pentagon opens at the center, flat along its top edge and pointed at the bottom, upside down against the star around it. The topmost point ends in a flat cap instead of a sharp tip.
