Panel Broken Slats Metal Sign

About the Broken Slats design

Three horizontal bars cut this square into four stacked rows, and each row holds a set of black slats leaning at their own angles, some nearly upright and some tipped hard to one side. The slats stop at every bar and start again at new tilts, like pickets in a fence that someone knocked over and stood back up out of order. Between them the white openings become tapering wedges and lopsided trapezoids, and the frame runs noticeably heavier down the right side than along the other three.
