Panel Octagon Fret Metal Sign

About the Octagon Fret design

Thin black bars meet at right angles inside an eight sided frame, and a doubled cross splits the panel into four matching quarters. Each quarter holds a stepped outline that climbs toward its clipped corner like a staircase, with small white squares tucked into the steps. Four more squares circle the center where the double bars meet. Along the slanted edges the lattice simply stops, leaving narrow triangles and cut rectangles against the frame.
