About the sign
These are decorative signs. They are not certified accessibility signage: there are no raised characters and no Braille, and nothing here is made to meet ADA or local building requirements. Check what your premises needs before you rely on one.

About the WC Right design
The letters W and C fill the top half of the plate, cut in a soft sans serif whose stroke ends are all smoothed off. Beneath them runs a single arrow, its shaft a long capsule-shaped channel ending in a triangular head with blunted tips. The arrow spans nearly the full width of the letters above it. Even the open mouth of the C faces right, already pointing the same way.
