Skeleton Key Fluted Collar Metal Sign

About the Fluted Collar design

A solid round bow carries a single small hole, set well off center near its outer rim, so most of the disc stays unbroken black. Where the bow meets the shaft, the collar flares into two scalloped lobes above and below, rippled like the edge of a seashell. The long straight shaft ends in a rounded tip, and beneath it the bit hangs in square teeth, the one nearest the tip climbing back up in a tiny staircase of notches.
