About the House Frame design

A shallow gable spreads wider than the frame beneath it, its eaves running well past the outer posts and stopping on blunt angled cuts. From the apex a center post drops straight through to the bottom, dividing the space into two tall openings of equal width. Near the base a long horizontal band crosses all three posts and juts out past them, and every post keeps going below it as a short stub, so the whole frame stands on stubby legs.
