About the Art Nouveau Letter G design
Each G finishes its top curve its own way, and every one sets a flat bar on the right side of its bowl. The two heaviest versions pull that terminal up into a sharp horn or roll it into a round knob. A thin serif G sweeps its base out into a tapered spur, while an even-stroked G flicks its stem into a curled foot below the bar. The narrowest version pinches its bottom into a hairpin bend.
