About the Chess Queen design

Three solid balls cap this crown, the middle one riding higher than the pair at the shoulders, which overhang the sides far enough to sit out past the steel below them. Between the balls the edge dips in two deep scallops that hang like slack rope, meeting at a sharp point under the center ball. The sides lean inward all the way down and stop on a flat base bar, the narrowest part of the whole shape.
