About the Diagonal Arrow design

Steel runs corner to corner in one straight diagonal, and each end lands inside a right angle rather than a pointed barb. Those corners are two square-cut bars of equal length, set like a carpenter's square, and the diagonal meets them exactly at the inner elbow. The arms are short next to the long run between them, closer to the corner marks on a photo crop than to a spearhead.
