About the Male Sign design

The circle sits low and left, its wall as thick as the diagonal arm that leaves it, and the two meet on a clean tangent with no collar or joint to mark the spot. That arm climbs to a right angle drawn as two plain bars instead of a filled triangle, the kind of arrowhead a drafter would rule with a square. Both bars stop on flat square ends, and the elbow between them is cut off short, leaving a small blunt step where the diagonal runs in.
