About the Rupee Sign design

Two parallel bars run across the top, and a curve swings off the lower one, bulging right until it passes the bar ends before hooking back in. The leg leaves the left on a short shelf, then drops in one long diagonal to a sharp point at the lower right. That curve is the only round thing here, and it swells past where both bars stop, like a bow pulled back against two straight strings.
