About the Sprouting Leaves design

Both leaves are hollow lens shapes, pointed where they meet at the center and squared off flat at their outer ends, which gives the design its only right angles. The left leaf runs larger and rides higher, the right one smaller and set lower, so the pair steps down across the face. Below them a straight stem falls through the lower half and stops flat, plain and unbranched.
