About the Toolbox design

Two short posts straddle the band that runs across the box, each sticking out above and below it to make a small cross, the way a latch plate sits on a case. The band sits higher than center, so the opening under it runs nearly twice as deep as the one above. A squared handle rises from the lid with softened shoulders and a long rectangular hole through it, wider than any hand needs.
