About the Up Arrow Outline design

The head spans nearly the whole width, a wide triangle whose sloping sides come to a sharp point at the very top, while the shaft under it takes up only about a third of that span. Where the two meet, the triangle's underside stops flat on both sides, leaving a pair of level shoulders. The opening inside is one shape, a narrow column under a peaked roof, closed off by a short bar across the foot.
