About the Wheat Ear design

Six pointed openings run up a single diagonal stem, staggered so no two sit directly across from each other, each one a narrow lens with a sharp point at both ends. The three on the upper side stand almost upright while the three below lean nearly flat, which tips the whole head toward the top right corner. The stem carries on past the last grain as a bare bar, and a second short bar splits off near the top and ends squared off in open space.
