About the Art Deco Letter I design
Four of the eight faces strip the letter to a lone vertical, ranging from a broad slab with softened corners to a stroke as thin as a pencil line. Another slab keeps a slender slot open down its right edge, and one version splits the stem into twin parallel rails under gently bowed caps. The widest face sweeps its top and bottom bars into heavy arcs that bow away from each other, leaving the stem pinned between them.
