Five square openings sit in a stepped cross, three side by side across the middle with one lifted above the right-hand square and one dropped below the center square. Because those two spurs stand a column apart, the arms never line up, and the silhouette turns into a staircase of blunt right angles. The largest bite of missing steel is the empty upper left, wide enough to hold two more squares.
